Where do I check in?: 101 East Viking Street (Welcome Center, Manwaring Center 2nd Floor). Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your swag.
How long is the tour?: 60–90 minutes.
Where do I park?: Use the Manwaring or BYU-Idaho Center visitor lots. (Kimball or Snow for overflow). If full, register for a Visitor Parking Pass.
RVs/Campers: Call Parking Services at 208-496-3030 in advance.
What if I’m Late?: Tours depart 10 minutes past the hour. If you’re late, we’ll try to fit you in, but you may have to wait for the next tour.
Will I get to ride a golf cart?: Tours are primarily walking-only, especially for groups of 6+. Golf Carts are reserved for injuries or disabilities; not guaranteed to others.
How do I reschedule or cancel?: Update your status via your confirmation email or text or call 208-314-2083.
