Description
We understand that weekday tours may not work for everyone, so we offer evening tours by request. If you give us a call, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and provide a personalized tour experience. Let us know how we can help make your visit to BYU-Idaho possible!
Due to limited staff, we've limited our normal tour hours during the holiday season. If you're still interested in taking a tour, you can see which options are available below.

Questions & Answers
BYU-Idaho Campus tours are an hour to an hour and a half long.
All of our in-person tours start at the Welcome Center located in the Hyrum Manwaring Center on the second floor across from the Taylor Building and adjacent to the food court area. Come to the desk to check in and we will provide you with some BYU-Idaho promotional items!

There is visitor parking across campus, and you are welcome to park in any stalls marked accordingly. Considering your tour will start in the Hyrum Manwaring Center, we recommend looking for parking in the Manwaring Visitor Lot located just West of the Manwaring Center or the visitor parking just south of the BYU Idaho Center. You may also request a Visitor’s Parking Pass from the Parking Services website. If you will be parking an RV or a Camper please call the Parking Services at 208-496-3030 ahead of time to make arrangements.

We try to accommodate all golf cart tour requests, but that will not guarantee you a golf cart. People with injuries or disabilities will have first priority for a golf cart. Please be prepared to do a walking tour if golf carts are not available. Groups of 6 or more will be walking tours.
We encourage you to show up 10-15 minutes early for your tour. We will leave as close to the top of the hour as possible, but no later than 10 minutes after the hour. If you show up later than that, we will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee that you can still be included in the tour time you requested. If tour guides are not available, you may need to wait for the next available tour.
If for some reason you need to change your scheduled tour, you can do so in this confirmation email or call 208-496-1314, and we can reschedule your tour to another date or time.
