BYU-Idaho Campus tours are 60 minutes long.

All of our in-person tours start at the Welcome Center located in the Hyrum Manwaring Center on the second floor across from the Taylor Building and adjacent to the food court area. Come to the desk to check in and we will provide you with some BYU-Idaho promotional items!

You may request a visitor parking pass to print out yourself on the Parking Services website. There is visitor parking across campus, and you are welcome to park in any stalls marked accordingly. Considering your tour will start in the Hyrum Manwaring Center, we recommend looking for parking in the Manwaring Visitor Lot located just West of the Manwaring Center or the visitor parking just south of the BYU Idaho Center. If you will be parking an RV or a Camper please call the Welcome Center ahead of time to make arrangements.

We try to accommodate all golf cart tour request, but this is not a guarantee. Please be prepared to do a walking tour if golf carts are not available. Group of 6 or more will be walking tours. 

We encourage you to show up 10-15 minutes early for your tour. We will leave as close to the top of the hour as possible, but no later than 5 minutes after the hour. If you show up later than that, we will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee that you can still be included in the tour time you requested. If tour guides are not available, you may need to wait for the next available tour. 

If for some reason you need to change your scheduled tour, you can do so in this confirmation email, or please send an email to admissionsoutreach@byui.edu or call 208-496-1314, and we can reschedule your tour to another date or time.
