Event Details

You and your family are invited to join us for a day on BYU-Idaho campus to see what BYUI offers.

BYUI admissions and the Religion department will meet with S& I personnel and learn how we work together to help students become Disciples of Jesus Christ.   

We will have fun activities all day long for your family.  

BYU-Idaho's partnership with Seminary and Institute is unique as we help students get an education focused on Christ.  We invite you to campus to learn more about what BYU-Idaho offers students.  

You will meet admissions representatives, hear from the BYU-Idaho religion department, explore BYU-Idaho campus on a tour, meet current students, and so much more.    

Lunch will be served.  

Event Schedule :

Manwaring Center (MC)  

8:30 am- 9:00 am: ALL Check-in and light breakfast (MC Room 387) 

9:00 am- 9:45 am: S&I Meet with Admissions Reps. (MC Welcome Center)

9:45 am - 10:00 am: S&I Q&A with BYU-Idaho Students (MC Welcome Center)

10:00 am - 10:30 am: S&I meet with the BYUI Religion Department (MC Welcome Center)

10:30 am - 11:30 am All Campus tour (Leave from MC Welcome Center)

9:00 am - 10:30 pm: Families Campus Scavenger Hunt/Family Activities (Leave from MC 387)

9:30 am - 10:30 pm Families Climbing Wall (outside near the MC)

11:30 pm - 12:30 pm: All Lunch  (Manwaring Center room 387)

12:30 pm- 2:00 pm: All Ropes Course 

Registration

The Seminary and Institute Fun Family Day is free to attend but registration is required.   

Travel

There will be a small gas stipend for those whose travel is more than 150 miles.

This day is for the entire family.

For families with children who don't meet the height and weight restrictions, we will have alternate activities.
