BYU Idaho is excited to hold our annual Campus Day on October 18, 2024. We invite high school students and their families to come experience BYU-Idaho in person and learn about everything the university has to offer. We will provide a day filled with fun activities and informative breakout sessions with presenters in admissions, housing, financial aid, counseling, activities, and career center. The event will take place throughout BYU-Idaho's Campus from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Campus Day Schedule (Tentative)

8:00 am-9:00 am: Check-in 

• Location: BYUI-Center

9:00 am-10:00 am: Campus Day 2023 Opening Session

• Location: Hart Building 

10:00 am-11:30 am: The Department Fair will allow you the opportunity to speak directly with the academic programs you're interested in and the other campus resources that are available to help you succeed while at BYU-Idaho. Come with great questions to ask, and take the chance to interact with those who want to make your student experience great.

• Location: I-Center Courts

• Location: Taylor Building

11:45 am-2:30 pm: Breakout sessions with Housing & Student Living (Taylor 160), Financial Aid (Taylor 170), Concurrent Enrollment (Taylor 130), Admissions (Taylor Chapel), Counseling Center (Taylor 180), Career & Employment Services (Taylor 140), Campus Recreation (Taylor 144), Parent Involvement (Taylor 146).

11:45 am-12:15 pm: First Break Out Session

12:30 pm-1:00 pm: Second Break Out Sessions

1:15 pm- 1:45 pm: Third Break Out Session

2:00pm-2:30pm Department Tour

Campus Tours: 

10:30 am- 3:00 pm: If you are interested in taking a campus tour head to the Welcome Center on the second floor of the Manwaring Center. The first tour group will start at 10:30 am and tour guides will continue to take walk-ins every thirty minutes until 3:30 pm.

Application Help:

12:30 pm-3:00 pm: Need help completing or starting a BYU-Idaho application; an admissions counselor will be in McKay 190 to help answer questions.

• Location: McKay 190

Ropes Course:

10:00 pm-4:00 pm: Register here for the ropes course http://event.byui.edu/ropescourse and use the code: CAMPUSDAY2023. The ropes course will be on a first come first serve basis.

• Location: In the sports complex, west of the Rexburg Temple.

Individual Departments Meet-Up: 

12:00 pm-3:00 pm: Click here for list of colleges that will accept walk-in's to visit their buildings. 

Lunch:

10:30 am-2:00 pm: Lunch will be provided for student participants in the Manwaring Center food court.  

Walk-in registration: 

If you are interested in attending Campus Day on October 20, 2023 but have not yet registered; we will accept walk-in registrations the day of.
